At Native OCS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your body wash or other products, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition with the packaging intact.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.

2. How to Make a Return

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@nativeocs.com or call us at +1 (510) 361-9302 to initiate the return. Please provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your product for another item, we’ll ship the new product once we receive the returned item. Shipping fees may apply depending on the item’s value or location.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been opened and used beyond gentle testing
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Gift cards or promotional items

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from Native OCS through our website. Products bought through third-party retailers or partners are subject to their respective return policies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
